Ukraine International Airlines

Ukraine is a famous destination among people going to Uman. We wrote recently about Hotels in
Uman and kosher options. The biggest airline operator Ukraine International Airlines (UIA) offers kosher food option for special meals on board.

What’s in the box

Main course: marinated hake with rice and vegetables
Starter baked spiced chicken fillet

You need to check if your flight offers kosher food and make an order 24 hours before the flight. Company offers kosher food option for the following destinations and classes:

SAS

You can order special meals on flights to the US and Asia and if you’re travelling in SAS Plus on flights longer than 80 minutes within Europe or to Eilat or Beirut. Special meal service is not available on domestic flights or within the Nordic region. Special meals must be ordered at least 24 hours before departure.

Company offers kosher food option for flight meal, but you need to order it 36 hours before departure.
Not available in Domestic Economy and QantasLink Economy on flights where only refreshments are served and for some supper meals. Special meal requests cannot be guaranteed.

Emirates

Company offers kosher food option for all flights. But note, that Passover meals cannot be guaranteed.
All special meals and special meal requests must be booked at least 24 hours in advance of your flight. On flights with shorter flying times, some special meals are unavailable in Economy Class.

Swiss

Company offers kosher food option. So, you can use one of the following options to order food or your choice:

• While booking your flight.
  Order a special meal of your choice while booking your flight on swiss.com.
• If you have already booked your flight, you can order a special meal later through our Service Centre up to 24 hours before departure.
• You can save your special meal preference in your online profile for future bookings. When booking your flight, you must be logged in under your profile so that your menu preferences are applied.
